I was housesitting for a fried a couple of weeks ago, and they've stopped drinking so had an array of alt-drinks for relaxing. A couple of them just made me sleepy, but then I pulled out a Moment and drank it before bed. I didn't feel loopy, uneasy, sleepy, heavy, nothing bad at all. I felt relaxed & happy, almost energized by the fact that I drank something I thought would put me to sleep but just made me feel so good, I wanted more. It's like you've had a beer without that really gross feeling it gives you (and then the headache afterward). When I got home, I ordered a multipack to try the flavors. All the Mood Boosters are my absolute favorite (I can drink 2 and just feel absolutely perfect). The Blackberry Lavender drink does make you sleepy, in a good way; so for sensitive folks like me, I recommend that for after dinner/before bed. I am so amazed by this drink, I'm going to get a subscription. I never ever rave about these alt-drinks (like CBD, etc) because they just make me tired. However, I believe these folks really know what they're doing with the ingredient balance and truly care how their customers feel. Impressive. HIGHLY recommend this as opposed to drinking! Wish they were sold in bars!!

First of all, these drinks are delicious and satisfying and I can’t tell you how much I am going to miss them. However, after consuming them for months, I noticed my thyroid labs getting wonky and my functional medicine doc said it is probably the Ashwaganda. So, word to the wise: if you have Hashi’s proceed with caution (it doesn’t affect everyone), but keep an eye on your labs. I am goi g to miss these so much!
