No bad effects, and likely a small boost to energy. Hard to believe the pre and probiotics are effective as they are not enteric coated and likely never reach their intended target.

The product is not to bad it seems to work but it is a little pricey compared to other similar products

I ran out on Dec 19 and didn't get my next shipment til Jan 6th. AG1 marketing preaches consistency to the enth degree, but can't deliver. I cancelled my subscription.
