I purchased the back support or belt support and used it a few times. After that, it started leaking and did not hold air. I contacted the company to claim another one. They asked for a receipt, which I did not have. I told them I have the products with proof of defect that I can provide, but they did not accept. They said they could sell me another one with 10% off. I told them I would never pay again for your product and told anyone to be aware about this scam product.
