The carry on I ordered looks good. I haven't traveled with it yet though. Wheels are super smooth and it feels pretty sturdy.

Exceeded - Style. I was stopped at the airport 3 times in 2 weeks. One person took a picture of the bag. Failed to meet expectations - The box was undamaged but product QA was shit. My bag is missing two internal zipper pulls, unfortunately, I needed to use it immediately so a return wasn't possible. TBH I shouldn't be willing to buy another bag, but I am hopeful this was a one-off. That being said, you can and should do better.

I love the aluminum trunk. It’s well-crafted and looks quite luxurious. I do wish the 28” size was 28” of suitcase but this is the measurement with the wheels. The actual suitcase space is 25” which makes a big difference. However the quality of the product is as shown on their website and I look forward to using it.

the flap is bloody annoying and it doesn't feel like th most secure fastening when you close it so i put the plastic condom thing on for safety

Just received the carry-on, arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I haven't taken it on a trip yet but just about to. Lots of space and everything seems to be working great so far. At this point I would recommend this product.
