Customer service with this company has been top-notch, I sent an email with a question about wheels after I ordered the product, and within two hours I had a reply, ( On Easter ) I bought this suitcase on 4-4-26 and it has already shipped on 4-6-26, so far, it's been an extraordinary experience. The quality of this suitcase really impressed me. The aluminum shell has a solid, premium feel and looks even better in person. It also came with an extra set of green wheels, which is a nice touch — I like being able to swap them out for a different look.
