Awesome product, and great organization. I received a faulty pillow at first, and was admittedly frustrated. There was no cord coming out of the pillow to plug into anything, and I was trying to use the bluetooth device, thinking that was "it. " A quick ChatGPT inquiry helped me to resolve it, reach out to DreamPad, and have a new one shipped (old one returned). They refunded my entire purchase, which I was not expecting or requesting. Now that I have a working one, it's awesome! I have been doing nighttime hypnosis for a few years, and have struggled extensively with finding the right volume that is not too loud or too quiet. DreamPad has effectively solved this issue for me, by putting the sound directly from the pillow itself. I had an ergonomic pillow before, and was nervous the non-contoured nature of the DreamPad would give me neck issues. Not at all. I've been sleeping soundly and peacefully for the past 2-3 weeks I've been using it, and am deeply grateful I essentially received this awesome gift for free. It's a total game changer, and I 100% endorse it to anyone.

I have always considered myself a good sleeper. However my audiologist recommended DreamPad Sleep products to help with tinnitus. I bought the Aurras speaker because I have a pillow that I love. The speaker helps me fall into a deeper sleep and I wake up more refreshed. My husband says I don’t toss and turn nearly as much. I can’t say that it’s helped my tinnitus that much but I know I’m sleeping better. He doesn't hear any sounds from my speaker so I don’t worry about possibly disturbing his sleep. But he does want to try it for himself. I think it’s a great device!

My 4 yr old kiddo LOVES his pillow, and it has made a big positive impact at bedtime. The downside has been the Bluetooth - the connection to my phone has been spotty, which means there were times he ran out of his room asking to turn the music back on. Not sure why it kept kicking off. Ended up getting a small MP3 player and downloading some music. Would be really great if the purchase included some free music downloads as well as access to the app. Just doesn't make sense to use my phone for my kiddo's pillow at night - I was afraid to use anything for fear of it playing the wrong thing on his pillow or turning off his music.

They sent me a free return label. It is in the mail as we speak.
