I sent my 2 drones in for repair to Dr. Drone. The service I received was second to none. They were prompt, courteous, understanding, very professional and very knowledgeable to their craft. My first contact with DrDrone was when the Mini 2 was introduced. They spent considerable time patiently describing the technology in general and the Mini 2 specifically. I didn’t buy a drone then but I always remembered how absolutely accommodating they were. Fast forward to present day and I am now the owner of a Mini 4 Pro. Even at this point my experience rated a 5 out of 5 but the story doesn’t end there. After my purchase, I decided to opt for the DJ Care Refresh package. I unfortunately was heading out of town, I could not locate my serial numbers and the deadline to register my drone was fast approaching. David, at DrDrone, guided me through the entire process of retrieving my serial numbers, and with me having no internet access, actually accepted the information and completed the registration for me. This took a lot of time, a lot of effort and a lot of patience. Not once, did David or anyone else at DrDrone show the least bit of frustration. My satisfaction was their only concern and I very strongly recommend DrDrone.

Great service from a Canadian source
After backing into a tree shattered the props and broke the folding back leg of my DJI Mini 2, I expected it wouldn't be worth fixing. But an email with pix to DrDrone got a fast & encouraging response. The T&Cs were reasonable, and they emailed me a PDF package label. It got to them in 2 days; they called me with a reasonable estimate; I agreed — and my Mini 2 was back & flying a few days later. Excellent service; great website & instructions; highly recommended. (They are also in Canada which is a big plus!)

Purchasing experience in store was great. The primary person I dealt with was fabulous, very personable accommodating and professional. Following the order I did have a question regarding the way the invoice was written which caused some confusion on my part. (It was my confusion not an error). However when I called I got an employee who was there when I made the order, but not my primary contact. My inquiry was met with hostility. I was not making accusations but seeking clarification. I was met with an attitude of hostile tones and being cut off from speaking. This caused the discussion to be much longer than it needed to be and far more argumentative. Both completely unnecessary. We did eventually get on the same page. However this came about only by me giving the Dr. Drone rep the impression he had won a non existent argument. It would have worked much better and quicker by working together to clarify the differences I was seeing in the invoices rather than jump to a conclusion I was making accusations and treating me with such hostility. This dropped the overall experience from a 5 star to a 4 star. A great experience to start, with great delivery to complete the transition. However one employee took the overall experience down several notch he’s. Company reps should never speak to clients this way. Don’t start a fight with a client, work with them. I would recommend some interpersonal communications training. I wasn’t going to provide a review except I kept repeatedly getting review requests. I would still do business with Dr. Drone as the good far outweighs any bad.
