I ordered donuts to be delivered to a teacher on her last day at work. The website stated delivery between 12–6pm, but the driver’s ETA was 6:30pm, after the business closed. He didn’t notify me in advance of the delay. When I asked for help rerouting just 5 mins away, he refused and cancelled the order instead — even though I rushed there myself to deliver it. No care, no effort, and definitely no customer service. Completely unacceptable.

Helpful staff, speedy delivery and one very happy birthday girl. As a parent I couldn't be happier.. such a hit with all the kids. Next time will have to buy extra for the parents. The lids loved them so much didn't have any left for parents
