I would give 5 stars if there was any service at all. This has happened several times that I try to chat online with someone. . . it says they are online but it takes hours to get any response IF I get any. For this reason, I will no longer order from DragonVape.

It was very busy at the time and the young lady surprised me with customer service that has not been around for a long time. She acknowledged me with a smile and said she would be right with me. This is not a review for the site or the products but for the level of service at the store. I always go to the location on Dixie RD and am always greeted and treated well. Last several times, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Olivia who is amazing. She knows everything about everything vape related. Although I’ve been vaping for a while, I know none of the technical terms and she is always so patient, ready to explain anything I don’t understand. Whenever I want to try a new juice, her recommendations are always spot on. Thanks Olivia for your help each and every time I visit.
