The down pipes arrived very quickly and were exactly as described. I would determinately use Dragons Head again when needed.

Perfect for my needs and excellent quality, well packaged and delivered intact. What I love about this site is that, having previously bought a bong here, Lee took the trouble to contact me and let me know that I had originally ordered the wrong size for the bong I had bought, allowing me to correct my order and consequently not waste my money on something that would have been useless. Now THAT's what I call brilliant customer service!

We all know how good and useful these are, so not much point in elaborating further. However, it is definitely worth mentioning that the reason I buy them here is that Dragon's Head is always good value, with the added bonus of speedy and reliable delivery from a friendly and trustworthy site.

As budgets get tighter and competition increases amongst retails, stores are realising Customer Service is as, if not more, important as their product range or their prices. Now I don’t mind paying over the odds for goods if the Customer Service is first class, in fact I will shop more with those retailers over others. Alternatively if no Customer Service is provided I expect the prices to reflect this, think of a restaurant that provides table service vs self-service & clear. Dragon Head Shop breaks the mould. They provide the highest level of Customer Service I’ve experienced from a retailer ever, whilst offering products at prices that are both competitive and reasonable. When I first approached Dragon Head Shop I found them to be professional and approachable, knowledgeable of their products, provided honest answers to my queries , all the while speaking to me (or is that typing as it was via email) as if we had been friends for years. Initially I didn’t buy anything, but a month later and after contacting numerous other retailers I was back- none provided a level of service comparable. I chose and ordered my products, sent my payment, received email communication throughout, and received my well packaged order in a record time (that I didn’t know the Royal Mail capable of). To top it off I received a follow up email well! Now I’m signed up for all offers and updates on new products via both text and email to make sure I don’t miss out! So do yourself a favour- trust a stranger’s advice and put an order in with Dragon Head Shop.

A friend pointed me to the site about six months or so ago, I tried them out as the prices seemed to good to be true. They were not, every order from Dragons Head Shop has been of excellent quality, well packed, on time and at extremely competitive prices. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
