Absolutely the best sriracha it’s possible to buy. Full of things you’d actually choose to eat and so delicious you’ll need to buy 14 bottles just to make sure you don’t run out.

What you need to know: I was there, back in the day, at the dawn of Huy Fong Tuong ot Sriracha sauce. That's right, the OG of Sriracha. I lived in the US and bought it by the case direct for a decade, put it on everything, totally obsessed. Since I moved to the UK 14 years ago, I have searched high and low for a comparable hot sauce. Tried anything and everything -- big brands, small-batch artisinal, homemade stuff in restaurants. You name it, I have consumed it with great hope in my heart. But there was no satisfaction for my tastebuds. Until I found Dr Will's Sriracha. Just the right level of spice balanced with flavour. A slight tang. Pefect consistency for pouring on OR dipping. It's like the hot sauce gods are finally blessing me as a reward for my long and trying gustatory suffering. Obviously now buying by the case on subscription, and I am probably deriving disprortionate joy from my Dr Will's Sriracha, but we all deserve to find our joys in this world.

Chilli sauce the best yet goes with everything

I first came across this dressing in an M&S salad and was so pleased to discover that I could buy it by the bottle. It's absolutely delicious, by far and away the best salad dressing I've ever had. I've given a bottle to my now highly delighted vegan daughter. I've bought it in bulk direct from Dr Wills as it's getting difficult to track down. Fab service.

I've been trying to cut out sugar and the Dr Wills sauce have been such a lifeline. All my old sauces are full of sugar, or alternative are tasteless. These are not only sugar free but they taste better than the any other brand. Highly recommend the Sriracha Mayo, Avocado Mayo and BBQ.

Much tastier than the usual tomato sauces. Expensive but worth the extra. They might think about using plastic squeeze bottles.

Really nice taste and texture ,with no rapeseed oil. Small jars so you might need to buy more than one, if you like mayonnaise.
