My skin absolutely loves this lotion! I’m on tretinoin, and it keeps my skin from flaking while leaving it soft and comfortable. The consistency is lovely—not too heavy, not too light—and the best part is that I can use it on the rest of my body too. A total bonus and definitely a staple in my routine! Fast shipping

Trying to return a product with this company is nearly impossible. I contacted them twice via their online chat, was told someone would call me back but it never happened. I was then told that my request was being escalated and still zero response. I then finally found an email to contact and am waiting on a response. The site has no phone number, no email address and no way to leave a review. I just happened to get this email asking about my experience. On top of all of that, the product causes me to break out in a rash no matter if I use it once a week or several times a week. Its not for everyone but the customer service will keep me from ever buying anything from this company.
