I immediately purchased products when I returned home. I am a repeat customer, because I just purchased 2 more bed pillows. The pillows are expertly sewn and have the perfect amount of loft and support. After, just 2 nights, the crick in my neck, is gone. Downlite, you have a Customer for life. Thank you!

I purchased a pillow from Downlite and received it quickly. I knew from looking at it, not sleeping on it, that it was too big for me and my neck issues. I never even slept on it. I have been trying for the past 3 days to get a Fedex return label. I have sent an email every day and even called and left messages. It seems impossible to speak to a customer service representative. Their website clearly states it is easy to return an item in 30 days. This is not like other companies where you get the label immediately. I just want the return label so I can get a refund.

Had a mishap with a blanket I ordered, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation in an environmentally-conscious way, which I really appreciate. They were very friendly and professional. I truly wish every company was like this one. Despite the mishap, I trust this company and will definitely refer them to friends and use them myself in the future. Thanks.

This was my first time ordering from Downlite Bedding. I bought the low-profile pillows but they were too soft, so bought the medium fill instead. They are on the way. The return process was the easiest I've ever encountered in online shopping, and I will certainly buy from them again.

I recently purchased my second pillow from Downlite Bedding. The quality was excellent. Unfortunately, I did not select a firm enough pillow which resulted in my having to return it. The return process was streamline and efficient! Even during the COVID 19 slow down, the company promptly responded to my request and I had a full refund (less just $5 for return shipping) within two days of my original contact with them. I will definitely continue doing business with Downlite and recommend anyone looking for a pillow or bedding to do the same. It’s really nice to know that even though the transaction was done via the internet, I dealt with an actual caring person. It seems harder and harder to find companies who understand what customer service is which makes Downlite stand out all the more. They obviously care about the customer and the experience.

White duck down pillows are best I’ve ever had

I was able to get a two pillow deal on standard sized Sateen down pillows. We prefer down pillows and have owned many from other manufacturers before, but these are the BEST down pillows I have ever purchased! I hought them for my husband, and he absolutely loves them. The loft is great as they don't flatten out, but are still soft and very comfortable. I purchased these directly from Downlite, and was not disappointed. I even took advantage of an offer to purchase a queen-sized comforter as an add on for $10.00; beautiful, soft, and just the right weight. I can't believe what an incredible deal this was. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Downlite. You won't be sorry. I will definitely purchase from them again!

Everybody has a different taste when it comes to pillows, but these are just perfect for me. I literally fall asleep the second my head hits the pillow.

I had to exchange a pillow for a different firmness and they were so accommodating. Customer service was prompt and offered several options. This should be the go to for any bedding needs - great product and great service. Also, the pillow is the best I have ever used.
