Great customer service

This is my second Double J Saddlery item. My daughter gave me my first one 10 years ago. I still have it and it has been sent back and fixed twice free of charge! I was just wanting a different style. I love it! I also bought my mom one for Christmas this year!

This was a high priced item for a belt. However I was able to make smaller payments. That was the only reason I was able to acquire this beautiful belt custom engraved for my nephew for christmas.
