Ordered a tie out for my two medium size dogs- it didn’t work well and I reviewed the product as such. I was immediately contacted by Kim, the CEO and after discussing the problems I had with the system she offered a solution (a strong anchor, free of charge, in exchange for editing my 1 star review) Days later I got another email from Kim saying they were in back order and would be sent out soon. After almost two months I reached back out to Kim asking for an update and was ghosted- never heard back. Please note- this is not supposed to be a scorned buyers review- As a small business owner as well, I understand the lack of inventory, etc from the pandemic. My review is the product, and lack of communication and professionalism from the company.

I purchased this for our two Newfoundlands. It works wounderful. It always them the freedom and excerise that they need. It is also very easy to install, and move to different locations in a yard. We visit our grown children and we take it to everyone's home. We don't have to worry about having a fence available. Our newfies are only 2yrs old and enjoy lots of outside time. This is a wonderful product. I would recommend this a 100%.

So far, this product has proven to be a good solution for our dog of nearly a year and our new puppy. It does help keep them from getting tangled, and no problems with the product. It is relatively easy to install, and seems quite secure.

So far like 2 weeks in and I've still had to untangle them. They play so close that it doesn't get the chance to untwist the cables and if they're rolling around they can intertwine and cause knots. If they overlap and go opposite directions then yeah it causes enough force for the cables to twist back to the start so I'd say overall it really is better than nothing it's just not perfect.

YES, finally setup the DDRS and the dogs no longer get tangled together. I wanted to give it some time, the only thing that occurred was the little dog wrapped himself aroung a table and chair, which is no fault of this system. It has been a stress relief for me.

Expensive for what it is. Return policy that is questionable for a reputable company. Make sure your dogs will use this before you spend this much money because they will not let you return it, even if it's two days later. I tried this for my dogs. The leads were too short where they would do nothing on this, making it essentially useless. I tried to return it immediately after and was ignored untill I sent numerous emails and when I finally got a response I was told I could not return it because I had screwed it into the ground - per the instructions- this classified it as "used" even though I wrote to them days after recieving it, that it would not work for us. It's much more expensive than similar products and it is very simply made. The leads are nice, but too short for my dogs. Waste of money for my two big dogs.

My bassets love having full reign of our yard so they can run & play. The double dog run has been a blessing since we installed it in the yard. Works so much better than the "turn into ground" triangular stake that we used to have. Rarely does the leads get tangled.

Tried everything. Works as stated. We are happy with the purchase. Would recommend.
