I was extremely excited to receive my 3 trays of sea urchins! The first tray was promising as the flavor profile of the urchins were mostly sweet and creamy as expected. However, the second tray was quite the opposite. The unis were larger in size, lighter in color, and AWFULLY bitter. $100 went down the drain. Lastly, the third tray was by far the best in texture and flavor profile. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering uni or any other products as I don’t want to take a chance on being disappointed.

From purchase to delivery, everything was easy and fast. The quality of the product is beyond impressive, much better than any high end version of the dish. I would definitely recommend eating everything on the same day the delivery occurs, you’ll be hooked.

Exelent! After three different caviar tasting, this one was the best, not salty and crisp. So I ordered two bigger boxes and brought them with me to France were I will be till mid September. This weekend we will enjoy with two guests, pure with lemon, brought even the spoons with me. Looking forward to it. Eva L.
