Ordered anXMAX V3 Pro, arrived on time. It's a vast improvement over the original V3, the smoke is much cooler and the on demand feature is excellent. Battery life is much longer. I'm now waiting for another one to arrive.

Got sent wrong item and when I contacted them got a generic 'we will look into it' email. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks so bought what I should have received from a different company. This was my first order with dopevapes and have decided that since they sent out a wrong item on my first order with them and ignored my email, it will be my last. I ordered a glass mouth piece for a Xmax V3 pro and they sent me out a replacement standard one. Not the end of the world, but for a first order to get it wrong (mistakes happen) and then to send me an email saying we're looking into it and then just do nothing whilst sending me multiple emails to give them a review doesn't fill me with confidence for future orders, or issues that may arise

This is the 1st dry herb vapour I have bought. Black widow is good value for for money and definitely a good entry level vapour for the money. Only downside is battery sound wears out although it soon charges up again. Vape came within 3 days of ordering. Will definitely be purchasing again from yourselves again. Thanks. Andy
