I have still not recieved my order and when I emailed you guys I was fobbed off at every point. I was being patient and waiting to see if my package did infact arrive or if you guys would offer some sort of resolution. I've had niether and so I would like a full refund.

Took a long time to ship, and I emailed to say I didn’t get a lid on one of my dosing capsules I got no response's. Apart from that the price was good and the products are great.

Ordered anXMAX V3 Pro, arrived on time. It's a vast improvement over the original V3, the smoke is much cooler and the on demand feature is excellent. Battery life is much longer. I'm now waiting for another one to arrive.

Got sent wrong item and when I contacted them got a generic 'we will look into it' email. Didn't hear anything for a few weeks so bought what I should have received from a different company. This was my first order with dopevapes and have decided that since they sent out a wrong item on my first order with them and ignored my email, it will be my last. I ordered a glass mouth piece for a Xmax V3 pro and they sent me out a replacement standard one. Not the end of the world, but for a first order to get it wrong (mistakes happen) and then to send me an email saying we're looking into it and then just do nothing whilst sending me multiple emails to give them a review doesn't fill me with confidence for future orders, or issues that may arise
