My last order was delayed due to circumstances beyond their control and when I contacted them to inquire, they responded immediately and apologized and explained the reason and gave me the opportunity to cancel my order. I appreciate it so much when my concerns are addressed in a timely manner and not ignored. I switched a few years ago from another well known brand with no regrets. I’ve been brewing Don Pablo coffee for years. I started purchasing the bean when I developed tummy issues. This purchase of Brazil Cerado beans was my first if this roast and it is my new favorite for every day coffee. Mild and smooth.

Coffee always shows up on time just makes it hard to pause the shipments if needed. I’ve tried multiple times it seems like and the coffee still is shipped unfortunately now I have two full bags and I afraid it is going to go bad before I can use it. 😞
