Great product, Customer service could be better

Your shipping took too long. I order food items a lot and never wait a week after being told it was sent! I think you have a little work to do on both product and service.

I was very satisfied with the order…waiting on my second order now. I would like to get emails when the order is shipped didn’t receive emails for the first order and so far none received for second order. I have no idea when it will arrive and it is important to be at home for delivery.

The brownies in` our last order were jostled around during shipping and came loose from the plastic wrap, but we ate the pieces anyway - which were still moist and delicious.

Thankfully, very easily cancelled due to my hospital admission. I definitely will buy again.

The packages were delivered fresh. The cakes were moist, and I didn’t have to wait too long.

Overall, very good but the banana nut bread was terrible. I loved the sourdough bread, the brownies, & the vanilla pound cake, though! I received the order quickly and got notifications by email regarding shipping - when it would arrive, and also that it had been delivered. Thank you!
