Our son introduced us to you. He's taken over Christmas Day for two years now and ordered from you. He orders from you a lot for himself. I'm vegetarian so very picky about where our meat comes from. Buy British and have animal welfare top of my thoughts. I was happy to read how much care you take and my meat eating family loved their Christmas and Boxing Day meals. We would order more lamb shanks but with only one meat eater in the house is there any chance you would do single packs at all in the future. I have used Donald Russell previously and have always found all products to be of top quality and I have never had anything myself or family did not enjoy. My only complaint this time was the delivery from Fed Ex, the packaging was extremely bashed up on arrival causing a lot of the contents to be battered and packaging inside split, also left in full sight on my door step, no knock on the door as I was home all day for this delivery and I only discovered it outside when opening the door to another delivery. Luckily this did not effect the taste or quality of the food but I am lucky to have found the package on my door step.

Every time there is the slightest problem the customer services team are very quick to respond and try and resolve the oroblem
