Overall, I think it is pretty amazing. Customer service goes so far above and beyond that I could write paragraphs on that alone. The Stash program literally gives quite a bit of store credit every order. My one area I would love to see improve is that often, orders are split and sent in a couple packages, and they do not use packing slips, it gets confusing. Often sent out of order, but they do things in record time. Overall great
