      This is a 100% scam!! DO NOT BUY.

      I just got reported and reuined my credit. No one from Dollar Driver Club ever contacted me. I gave them money and now they dont even call me and send me to collections!!! No Emails. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

      DON'T DO IT

      Do NOT join this company. They are terrible. No communication. Haven't been able to upgrade for almost a year now. They are pathetic. And this is the 3rd time I have posted a review and they delete them every single time. Now their "Customer Service" hours are a 4 hour window (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time). They won't be in business much longer.

      Started off great but now not so much

      So I was hesitant to start a membership but reluctantly pulled the trigger. My first and last purchase was the Taylormade Sim 2 driver. Since then I havent been able to swap drivers as they are currently out of stock on everything. I've been getting fabricated emails stating we are working to update our inventory ....blah blah. Well unfortunately my membership is over on June 19th and I will have only had the option to try one driver. DO NOT RECOMMEND until they can fix this issue.

      Great promise, poor follow through

      Great idea, had great promise through my first two drivers. When it came to upgrade to my third in January, i could not upgrade as they were about to receive the 2022 drivers. I couldnt wait to try the new drivers. Here I am in May, and still nothing on their site available for upgrade. HUGE let-down and they expect us to renew with NO ETA on the next drivers still. 2023 options will be available elsewhere before they figure it out. Customer service has offered no recourse for paying members short of blindly trusting and renewing or cancelling. What a joke this service has become, you’re better off going to Roger Dunn and buying a driver there.

      NO DRIVERS

      The whole idea is to get a new driver every season and potentially 3 every calender year. The 2022 models have been out for 3 months and we still can not get one. Staff can't give a date, their best offer is 5% off the purchase prise of your current driver. DO NOT sign up for this program if you are expecting to get a 2022 model.

      DON'T DO IT

      It's all a lie. The entire premise (try clubs to find the one you like) is a lie. For over half my membership club swaps and shaft swaps have been unavailable so I have only been able to play one club with the same shaft. Now they tell me to renew and keep the same club longer. Just go to the local golf shop.

      Upgrade

      I have been wanting to upgrade my driver for a while now, and there is still nothing being done to make this happen. It was a great program, but now it is just taking my money for no new clubs. Very frustrating!

      Out of Stock ALL THE TIME

      This company is terrible. You literally can't upgrade cause they are always out of stock. Advertise that you get to try multiple drivers so you can find what you like, but they never have anything in stock. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Don't waste your time or money...

      It's MAY already!

      I liked DDC at first, but it's MAY 2022 and I still can't exchange my driver! Almost half a year is GONE. What are we paying for? What's the deal? I don't want to leave, but......

      1 Driver Uograde Per Year/ Not 3

      DDC at first sounded like a great deal, I pay upfront for the driver with the ability to upgrade up to 3 times for the entire year if my membership. Sounds pretty simple until DDC begins to do their upgrades for the upcoming year that takes them 6 months to update in their inventory and bear to mention that they remove their current inventory while they upgrade to the next year's inventory, not letting members upgrade to anything. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with the program. All that was said to me during several calls was, we are sorry, the website says the same thing so if you are considering be careful getting your membership at this time of year as they may begin doing this upgrading to 2023 models at thr end of year and all you did was buy a club that you can't upgrade. Thr least the company could've done was state, Hey we are delayed in thr new models, we will extend your membership, at no cost, until we can get some availability on our inventory and problemed solved but no, they want me to renew my membership and pay as if i were buying another club so I may upgrade to a new club which they yet do not have availability on. Just be careful, remember the saying, "if it too good to be true, it probably is". Going now on Facebook and Instgram to share my dissatisfaction.

      Worst Customer Service Ever- STAY AWAY!!

      Have been trying to upgrade by driver w/DDC for 2+ months... same story, everytime they cannot answer when 2022 drivers will be available... should be "soon", have reps in daily to talk through distribution options... cannot upgrade to 2021 drivers as they had to send them back... so pretty much paying for a service you cannot use... STAY FAR AWAY!!

      It's May 1 and this site is still basically shut down because they have no drivers. I posted this review already but it mysteriously vanished moments after posting. This site is turning into a scam.

      Terrible Customer Service

      Been trying to upgrade to a different driver since January. Always get the same message "Upgrade unavailable at this time as we try to get 2022 models in stock." Absolutely ridiculous to be paying a monthly fee and not be able to change products even though that is the model this business is designed for. Just terrible and frustrating.

      Terrible experience

      At first it was great. Received my first club right away. When I wanted to upgrade things got terrible. They told me 2 weeks for the tsi3, waited 8 weeks with no update or club. I contacted them waited another 4 weeks and nothing. Finally traded in for the same club I had the first time with a different shaft , ping g425. Went to do a shaft upgrade which the advertise as free, cost me 50$ of shipping and they sent a used all scratched up shaft. I had 6 weeks left on my membership and wanted to do another upgrade and they said they were not accepting upgrades at this time. How can you charge for a membership and not offer upgrades. I asked them to extend my membership for one month for the waiting of tsi3 I never got and upgrades not being offered and they refused any help at all. Said I would have to purchase another membership. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone. Worse golf experience I have ever had.

      Scam company with no Drivers

      This company is a scam. I have been a member since August and have only received1 driver. They now ignore customer service requests and have no drivers in stocks. Avoid this scam.

      Poor Customer Service/Club Availability

      I joined this with high hopes of being able to try out up to three different drivers a year, but man was I very mislead. Every time I’ve tried to do an upgrade request, my only option is to check back later as they are updating inventory. I have received this message for months. I have sent several emails over the last few months asking about an upgrade request that I would like to do without any response from this company. The driver selection is extremely limited and anything Taylormade is never available or only available in left hand. I was very excited about this membership but the lack of customer service and no available upgrades has really turned me off to this company. If you are looking at trying out different drivers, I don’t know that this is the business you want to do that through. Very disappointed to say the least. Apparently customer satisfaction is not a priority, seems all this business cares about is getting new members to join and leaving existing members out to dry. I would avoid this business. Rating would be zero stars if that were a possibility.

      No Clubs are Available (New Ones)

      Try updating your clubs and your shafts. I have been waiting for shaft updates as well. I went from absolutely loving DDC to now trying to cash out on my driver and go look elsewhere.

      Bad customer service

      Started out ok but when it was time for me to upgrade they kept telling me they had no stock in. ON ANY CLUB!! said they would be out sometime in February but it's now end of April and still no stock. My membership was at the end so had to pay the $365 again or pay the rest of my contract. Not once did anyone apologize or try and make it right. They also wouldn't upgrade my shaft for my club. Be careful before you decide to do this. NEVER AGAIN!
