Service is great- I ordered my Jazz Band on Wednesday and I had it on Friday!!! I had issues getting it activated so emailed the service department and within 15 minutes I received a call from one of the owners!!! He had me Jazzing within minutes! I have had the same service anytime I have a question. I recently purchased a Jazz Band Lite for a friend with a painful knee and ankle ( eight hours on concrete floors) and she is now a happy Jazzer too!
