Jeg havde et problem med et par trusser der var alt alt for stramme, men OB hjalp hurtigt og tog dem retur og sendte mig et par nye. Oplevede også stroppen knækkede på en BH, men de sendte også en. ny hurtigt. Rigtig god og hurtig service !
