Order never received Tracking information useless and does not tell me when I will receive it

I never received my order!!

I have been trying to reach someone from the team to let me know when I will be receiving the order. Ive received 3 of these review emails and I don’t understand why because I haven’t received anything and I am getting desperate

Aún no me llega mi pedido que realicé el 16 de noviembre, en la aplicación donde me indica dónde va el pedido no pasa de que va en tránsito de ahí ya no se mueve.

Recomiendo llegó todo perfecto. Demoro aprox 15 días pero valió la pena. Las pinzas y fibras están a otro nivel 10/10
