Product is great quality, the feather color is the correct color that I chose and everything that's supposed to be there is there. Got this for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. I have no complaints with the product at all. It's great! The shipping took a while to get here but I understand it's coming from a long way and plus, it was the holidays. With this said, when I felt worried about it arriving I reached out to Liam and he was very helpful and happy to help me locate my package. He responded fast so I wasn't left in the dark. It could have been here faster yes, but the customer service was great and the product was worth the price. So all in all i recommend it!

Just be careful when peeling back off as the wrong side came off easy and I realized I had to try to get it back on and take off the other side - no easy task. But it's on and I love it.
