I purchased Divain #958 and immediately fell in love with the scent. I've been touting it to my Lattafa Discussion Group on Facebook ad nauseum! They had never heard of Divain. So now I just purchased another #958 plus others. The Vanilla #745 is divine as well. I am enjoying them all. Thank you.

I came to write a review largely because I've seen so much praise for customer service. My first (also probably the last) experience with them involved a purchase of 6 scents that looked interesting and were sale priced below $10. No problem with ordering or delivery. 4 of the 6 were decent but 2 (dupes of Tom Ford Metallique and BTV Complex) were awful. TBF I have not smelled the OG on either, but Metallique smelled vaguely metallic for the 20 minutes it lasted, and Complex had such an overwhelming top "layer" that even late in the drydown, the base notes didn't come through. It had been described to me as a nice niche musk scent, which was the draw for me, and I feel like it just barely made it to the heart notes as it faded completely. Nobody gets it right all the time, and my chief reason for the 2 stars has been with trying to get these 2 returned. It's like customer service doesn't exist beyond what little the website AI can do for you, which isn't much. This afternoon, I tried for the 3rd time in 2 weeks to get information (*any* information) on their return process. The AI said it was notifying the real people at CS and requesting they contact me, and I've emailed independently twice now. Zip. Zilch. Nada. Like talking to the wall. And you only have a limited time to return your merchandise. Additionally, they require that returns be in their unused state. I understand they used to include tester vials of the fragrances you ordered so this was a reasonable restriction---you didn't have to access and open the actual full bottle of your perfume in order to determine what it smelled like or smelled like on you. Every other perfume site I deal with wants to turn you into a friend and return customer and gives you no headaches about returns. Divain doesn't even have a "returns" page, but nor do they state clearly that all sales are final anywhere. Right now I'm so disgusted that I'd like to return all 6 bottles and never try to deal with Divain again, but I'm try...

Terrible product and a horrible company. Even their name says they are based in the United States, but they are lying. They are not they ship everything from somewhere else and the product is absolutely terrible.

I absolutely love this perfume! It smells exactly like Burberry body which was my favorite perfume before they discontinued it. Finding this perfume was an amazing find and I can’t wait to try the others

Absolutely love it didn’t expect it to be so accurate. I was so busy today that I didn’t get a chance to see if the scent stuck. Oh Yes! OK I put it on at 12 noon when I took a shower and it is now 11:00 PM and I just smell my skin and it’s beautiful thank you for the long lasting power. Thank you, Divain.

Really close, if not the perfect match to Mon Guerlain. It also lasts me most of the day. Happy with my purchase.
