So far I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered. Wish the reward points I earn by purchasing would go through faster. I’ve done three orders in a month and still don’t have any points for my orders. And some of the sizing is tricky.

I really liked this dress, it is very cute and it has pockets! Fabric is a bit thicker and better quality than I am usually used to from this kind of dress from Disturbia. I usually wear a US 12, because I have large breasts, but this dress fit is very comfy and even a bit roomy.

You need employees who can pack up orders without messing them up.

I’ve had to experiment a little bit with sizing, as it varies depending on the material, but it’s so worth it. With a few purchases under my belt now, it’s officially my new go-to. My packages have also been delivered early, on more than one occasion, which is always fun!

Fast shipping, easy exchanges

I haven't had to use customer service, but have been happy enough with the company's products that I've ordered several times over the past couple of years. I like the quality of the clothes, the packaging and shipping, and the variety on offer. My only feedback would be that there can be such wild inconsistencies in sizing across different items of clothing and among the harnesses. For example, depending on the shirt, I can wear anywhere from US 4 (UK8) to US 8 (UK 12). It makes ordering time consuming and more expensive, especially when I have to send something back and reorder another size. I don't have this problem with any other brand.
