Love the products from Disturbia. Generally well made, good sizing (although would love ALL items to be in all sizes but just certain items!) and have great offers quite regularly aswell as a great loyalty programme giving good discounts.

Excellent

Arrived on time. Very efficient and happy with service.

Bought 3 items: a waistcoat, pumpkin mug and denim jacket. The waistcoat is gorgeous quality and so pretty. I also absolutely love the mug (it's so cute!) However the jacket arrived and felt thin, it had marks on it including one that looked like paint, it felt poorly made and there were loose threads and bits sewn in the wrong place... Thankfully disturbia customer services are always fantastic and lovely. They helped me return and get a refund and were quick to respond. Just ashame about the quality- I have a disturbia denim jacket from about 6 years ago and that ones brilliant! My favourite Jacket, would like the quality to be better especially while most items are on the more expensive side.

Shipping was quick and items arrived in perfect condition.

Consistently excellent! It amazes me how quickly my orders arrive after placing them and if there is ever any delay, it's due to circumstances that are well beyond Disturbia's control. Customer satisfaction is clearly this brand's too priority!

Great trousers Look even better on

All excellent - from ordering to receiving (I live in Shetland and the service was excellent!) and everything fitted perfectly!

Website easy to use, packaging is great and love that it is eco conscious, no issues!

Shipping from Disturbia is always fast and items are always well packed.
