Having seen this brand advertised online, I was curious about how good it was. I wasn’t disappointed. My first wash made the clothes smell great. Like the room had a quality diffuser in it. More manly and grown up not flowery and feminine. Being a 57 y/o male, that’s what I like. Clothes cleaned well and not adding the conditioner separately was an addd bonus.

First of all, I was offered a complimentary mini pack of my choice, which I did not request myself. I kindly selected Opulence of Amber, yet a different item was sent for no clear reason. Secondly, the note included in my parcel stated that 2 complimentary soaps had been added, however, no such items were included. To be clear, I did not ask for any of these extras, they were offered to me. This is precisely why the situation feels rather disappointing and, frankly, disrespectful. I would have been perfectly content to receive my order without any complimentary items at all. However, offering items and then failing to include them, or sending something entirely different, is not acceptable. I must say I am quite disappointed by this experience and it does leave me uncertain about purchasing from your store again. Please do not make a mockery of your customers.

Used this for years, love it, its a fabulous product and would not use anything else. The Company is very responsive and shipping is prompt.

Cleans well has an unmatched scent to any washing powder or detergent. Dries soft with a shake and stays fresh for a week or two with good use. Bigger garments if you add a little more than recommended you can have more scent as stays fresher for longer on a deep wash, Just a personal thing. But I do recommend this as I’ve tried a few and I would say to get a few tester bags as some are warming and some more refreshing but it’s a good change from the usual floral eye twitching stuff you find in the supermarket, to something a little more inviting I would say. Try it. It can go a long way or your way, it’s Amazing!
