Easy to order and quick delivery!

We had some issues with missing pieces, incorrect shelves, and issues with panels shipping later than others. The customer service team has been super responsive and has done the best they can to try to accommodate.

I am a marketing manager that was tasked with designing a whole booth concept. I am nowhere near a designer. I created my display on canva and canva is not suited for large displays so I order only 30 minutes of design time and was assigned designer ADAM MCCOY. and I will say he did such an amazing job, not only did he convert my canva file to the right size he made sure all of the pictures/ logos/ etc were all good quality. he fixed my colors that I messed up. I feel like he went above and beyond my expectations. he was so kind when we were going back and fourth and some of my explanations didn't really make sense, but he understood and made sure my display was perfect. I got all my booth materials in the time they said they would come, which was really quick. This was fairly expensive but I would order from here again because I feel like you get what you pay for. I haven't yet set up my booth so I cant tell you about the structure quality yet but I have pulled the design out of the box and it looks great. Thank Adam Mccoy, you deserve a raise. Thank you for making sure my display was perfect. I am very satisfied with this company and will be ordering again from here.

We recently purchased two 10ft QuickZip™ kits along with lights, flooring, everything. From start to finish, this was an easy transaction. The website interface was intuitive, uploads worked and the design team is exceptional. They found tiny flaws in my artwork, alerted us and then fixed them. They are picky and highly skilled. When we received the product (in the timeframe they promised), we opened the boxes to inspect. The printing was color matched correctly, the quality is perfect, and the machining on the parts worked. Everything assembled easily with just one person -- all parts were numbered with easy instructions. I set the entire thing up in less than an hour, including the flooring, lighting and podium. At the trade show, the organizers made a point to comment on the attractiveness of the booth. The best endorsement I can give is that we will re-order.

This is the second time I've ordered a backdrop. I expanded my booth from 10 to 20 ft. That means I had to extend the existing graphic to encompass the new. They helped me with the art work and it matched seamlessly. The new backdrop cover unzips from the bottom instead of the side making it a lot easier to install by your self. They met my deadline and did what they said. you don't get that very often these days.

Overall great experience and fast service. We received ours within a week!

Good service. Not so good quality (fabric mostly) on podium. It tore on ous. I will file a claim separately. 3. 5 star rating in the end on the quality of the backdrop, podium + hard case, and broadcast stand.
