The representative I worked with was meticulous at making sure that our display was correctly sized, and caught issues with our initial design early. She kept me posted as to when we needed to have everything in to ensure on time delivery, and it turned out the delivery came to me way earlier than originally promised. We had some issues with missing pieces, incorrect shelves, and issues with panels shipping later than others. The customer service team has been super responsive and has done the best they can to try to accommodate.

I am a marketing manager that was tasked with designing a whole booth concept. I am nowhere near a designer. I created my display on canva and canva is not suited for large displays so I order only 30 minutes of design time and was assigned designer ADAM MCCOY. and I will say he did such an amazing job, not only did he convert my canva file to the right size he made sure all of the pictures/ logos/ etc were all good quality. he fixed my colors that I messed up. I feel like he went above and beyond my expectations. he was so kind when we were going back and fourth and some of my explanations didn't really make sense, but he understood and made sure my display was perfect. I got all my booth materials in the time they said they would come, which was really quick. This was fairly expensive but I would order from here again because I feel like you get what you pay for. I haven't yet set up my booth so I cant tell you about the structure quality yet but I have pulled the design out of the box and it looks great. Thank Adam Mccoy, you deserve a raise. Thank you for making sure my display was perfect. I am very satisfied with this company and will be ordering again from here.
