Emailed asking if I should buy two cobra coils, one v2xxl for my slurper and one xxl for my banger. Jon emailed back in just a few minutes, and he could have told me that I HAD to have two, but he was honest and told me one would work just fine, and he was right! No upselling, no trying to get you to buy more! Just great customer service!

We needed a quiet, power efficient way to heat up our slurpers - without producing CO2 - and Disorderly checks all of those boxes for us! The new metal housing is also super sleek. So I live in a weird location that is kinda connected to the UK, but it's not apart of the UK. This meant I wasn't able to ship to my address via the website checkout page (very common issue for my address across multiple websites), but after a few messages on IG Jon created a custom basket for me to pay and then he shipped my order off. He communicated very well with me when doing the shipping label etc to make sure the address and location were correct (there wasn't an suitable option available by default but once explained it was all good). Order arrived in 2 weeks from shipping. Couldn't be happier with my DC enail and Cobra coil combo, it's basically fool proof dabbing! Also snagged a terpometer v2 and a new slurper.
