Beautiful Pool, very top of the line. Built well and looks great. First time Above Ground Pool owners and we love it. We assembled it and put it recessed 24” in the ground to meet our deck height.

Pool is wonderful perfect size for our grandkids. The ladder was hard to get to keep from floating up from the inside did screw the bottom of the outside steps to the concrete to keep it from moving

I am so glad to finally own a pool again after 30 years. Now all my grandchildren along with my husband can enjoy cool water in our own backyard. I purchased my Sandstone with Discount Pools Direct in 2019. This is my 8th summer and my pool still has the same liner. The process was the easiest major purchase I have made. My pool was delivered quickly and the set up process was simple. Me and my husband are big DIYers and we had our pool up and ready to swim in 1 day. We purchased our Diamond Star 27X54 above ground pool last April, and was installed the 28th of July 2025 and what a beauty and this year we added the decking around it WOW just very pleased with Discount Pools Direct period, Unbelievable, Thank You.

Based on my interactions, it appears there was error on my end, and the company's end. They were unaware of a phone system issue they were experiencing, and it all worked out. I contacted by Tammy, and my concerns were resolved. I returned the item and processed fairly. I thought it was important to correct my experience, and show they also resolved the issue. I will order from here again.
