Love the bike and trailer made very well. Will be taking it hunting in 2 weeks for the big test

It would be nice to be able to speak to someone other than an answering service.

Customer service was beyond outstanding and the bike itself is fantastic.

I’m only giving this a 3 because of FedEx. The driver evidently didn’t feel like bringing the bike to my door and getting a signature. I got a text saying delivery failed because I wasn’t home, which was a lie. I had to reschedule delivery to the local FedEx store to receive my bike. Once I got the bike, the documentation is limited at best. No instruction on where any accessories are to be mounted. Nothing about how to find and charge the batteries for a first time e-bike owner. If it hadn’t been for Leah from Dirwin, I would still be trying to figure things out. I love the bike, now that I can ride it. I’m looking forward to taking it hunting and just riding it around.

Over all I like it a lot The kick stand doesn't hold the bike up but I can fix that. I would like to have an owners manual to see how to operate all of the features. Over all I am very happy with the bike

The paper instructions and video were very poor. The paper was good for picking out some of the hardware, but horrible at showing what was to be put together. The video didn't provide any indication what hardware was needed and the installer blocked what he was trying to show with his hands most of the time. Neither the video nor the paper ever indicated to use any washers, so I have many washers left over. there were no instructions for the installation of the latch in the door until Ren sent a newly made video. So while the instructions were poor, the customer service phone service was also poor, but after I got Ren's phone number, he was very good and did his best to get good information to me. During a conversation with Ren, I commented that it would have been worth the trouble of a local bike shop assemble the bike for $250+. Ren noted that I should submit my invoice for assembly soon, which I have done

I ordered two bike locks. For the price, they seemed off-brand. Instructions didn't make sense. Had to youtube it. I'd rather have purchased on my own.

We got the bike online and the company found a local shop to put it together. Everything was great! They even got a party replaced when the shop broke a part. All in all great bike and company.

My bike arrived with a damaged battery (the one in the rear rack). Customer service was very quick to respond and send a replacement. Besides being helpful, they were very cordial. The bike itself is great. All the tools to assemble it were sent along, the batteries were fully charged, and the bike was easily assembled. The bike rides very well and is a well thought out design. I tested on several steep hills and the bike could pull my 150lbs without any pedal assist. Overall, at this juncture at least, I'm very pleased with my Dirwin.

I bought a Fat Tire for hunting. This bike was awesome getting me to my spots. The ordering experience was easy, I also knew what I wanted. It was originally supposed to go to a shop for assembly but the shop backed out last minute. REN from Dirwin sent me updated info as he got it from shipping. He also sent me a video on how to assemble. It was fairly easy. Like any assembly there were small bumps but I got it handled and figured out.
