Working with DIR has been an absolute pleasure so far. The representative was so friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and helped me to decide on the best bed for my business. The ordering process was so easy. Delivery was super quick. Within days of receiving it, I dropped the remote and cracked the plastic piece that clips to the bed. They were so kind, and replaced it for free. The showroom is nothing short of amazing. Wonderful bed, wonderful company!
