I have so enjoyed this product. It is hard to find a quality product that is gentle on clothes, skin, and the planet. I love the lavender scent. As someone sensitive to smell, it is light and pleasant. I have recommended this product to families and coworkers and anyone that will listen! Being black owned is the icing on the cake. Glad to be a supporter!

Lost a valued customer. . . order was incorrect, customer service gave no care for their mistake and expects the customer to deal with it right their wrong. If you pay for a product and try and the wrong product I how you have access and time to wait an additional month while they send you a return label to return the incorrect product then wait for your correct product. Do hopefully you don't need the detergent you paid for, for a month or so.
