I have been using DIME for years now and have never had an issue with products until recently. My favorite scent, Dans Les Bois, has become my signature scent and I buy it constantly. Sadly though the formula seems to have changed drastically with the bottle design and even without prompting the rest of my family noticed that the perfume is not right. And even the "not right" scent is gone in minutes. Also, customer service has become increasingly bizarre. They use what seems like scripted polite phrases, but it seems like they're just skimming my messages and maybe using autofill to type their replies? It takes multiple tries to get questions answered and I often receive contradicting responses. Maybe it's an "AI Agent" handling messages and getting things wrong? I hope it's just growing pains and that they get things sorted out soon!
