Boots arrived in a timely manner and in great shape.

The shoes were good, but my customer support- while friendly, was between slow to non-existent. Contacting through the website a question about the size of shoes, I received nothing. Contacting through an email, it "got lost" and thus had to email a second time. When I followed up with my shoe size question in that same email, while again friendly and willing to help, it seems I sometimes have to email twice just to remind the other person to respond which is not worth the time or effort.

Service is good, and shipping is fast. But the boots need to check 1st before send over.

They were real helpful… boots didn’t match with the moc toe stitching. Gave them to my son. He loves them.

Awesome company

I can’t speak for their other models but for the price point, these boots are worth every $. I own several pairs of Iron Rangers / Canada West / Craft & Glory & Thorogood boots but I’d have to say none of them provide as many construction features in this price range. Super comfortable right out the box & sizing is spot on. Did I mention they look awesome ! Only negative I can say is that the final sanding to shape sole could have been more even between the two boots but I’m a perfectionist & no one else will notice. Considering everything else you get (fully lined, veg tan lasting board & mid sole) for this price, I’m more than pleased. If they restock this model, I will be buying another pair without doubt.

Great experience fast delivery

Found Dievier via Rose Anvil on YouTube and decided to give them a shot so I ordered factory second heritage nomad Onyx. First impression out of the box, they look well built and are very good looking. Still not sure what the defect was; saw some minor scuffing but no big deal especially at a discounted price. I have Redwing, Thorogood, Carolina…. ect. I have a worn a lot of boots in the past 20 years. These are absolutely a great value for the price. They fit well, are comfortable, and don’t look or feel cheap. Great job! Can’t wait to see what comes in the future.

First bought factory second Onyx Heritage Nomad which I think are great. Not sure what the defect was but suspect it was some small scuffs/tooling marks which whatever, they’re boots. They’re comfortable, fit well, and appear to be built well with quality materials. I was very impressed and my favorite color is green so I ordered a new full price pair of the Forrest Gen 2 Nomad…. Again they were comfortable and well built BUT then I took a closer look while applying conditioner. The eyelets are plastic, the eyelet spacing on one is improperly spaced, and the tongue leather on the inside was cutoff / missed securement by one of the eyelets. I still like the boots but whoever is doing quality inspections needs glasses or the gen 2 got cheap in a detriment to the quality the name Dievier has built. I understand they are not $350 redwings but for $180 they shouldn’t have a problem installing eyelets. The gen 2 I got should have been factory seconds. Waiting to see an 8 inch work boot…. Use the heritage nomad as a base, please. I haven’t lost faith in the brand but I think they need to know this to make their product/business better. Their customer service and communication has been fantastic. I can send you (Dievier) pics at your request if you would like.

I honestly don’t believe they get much better than this for the money. Beautiful boot and the oiled disk is a fantastic, oily thick leather. Looks great in the sunlight as well. Can’t imagine anybody being disappointed in these once they get them in hand. Very comfortable.
