Got a billet input shaft, it’s perfect. But I didn’t get a sticker lollllll

For Dieselsite my investment of $1433 worth of fluidampr, LPOP and overnight shipping was worth only 16 short minutes, with nothing resolved. Here is what happened in detail. I have photos of everything, Will post with some good advice on how to, thx! please advise. Were mistakes made? Sure, on both sides, but what about the next guy? Could be you. I can see that It looks like 5 stars here were earned based on the positives. I don’t need perfect, but listening would be a good start. Needed some upgrades, super excited for stellar upgrades! Saved some $$$$ for my 250K mile 96 PSD. Visited website, saw LPOP product, paid 549 plus OVERNIGHT shipping (in addition to purchasing $571 fluidamper +/- w/shipping). For $234 overnight received the next evening. Side by side on bench, similar to OEM Ford but not identical. Also, NOT IDENTICAL to photo on website(see photos). No step by step instructions, no option for Spanish speakers, no photos. Started the installation with little in the way of instruction and using the OEM part as a guide, the expensive pump was installed backwards. No oil pressure/wont start. What Happened? Contacted customer service by phone and said I had a problem. They asked questions and wanted photos and right away said I probably installed it backwards. Well, if the problem was diagnosed so quickly, it must be a common occurrence, right? Fix the problem! 4 emails were sent Mon 11/28, 3:42pm, 3:43 pm, 6:26 pm and Tues 11;29 6;17 pm.(photos) Emails sent from my iphone using icloud. No email response, but finally a return phone call lasting 16 mins Weds 11/30 for 16 minutes. I told her about the difficulty with the vague instructions. I mentioned the instructions on the website with Dieselsites timing chain cover repair kit and it had great instructions that were self-explanatory with photos. In total contrast, low pressure oil pump directions were no photos, 2 full pages in one hard-to-read paragraph; English only. My Question to customer service: Go...

Had to put one star to submit but truly deserves zero stars due to poor management skills. We are an automotive repair shop that has been in business for 23 years. We use OE water pumps when available, unfortunately we let the customer talk us into using a DieselSite water pump for his 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 6.7L. The water pump failed within a year after only 10,319 miles. The customer is meticulous with maintenance (including chemical coolant flushes). Upon contacting DieselSite I spoke with Brian. I was told they did not currently have a ship date to replace the water pump. I explained that the customer could not wait for a mystery date, so we went back to OEM. (I told him we understand that supply and demand issues are out of control). He offered that we return the water pump to them (even had an RA#) once they determined it did in fact fail, they would refund the cost. I contacted them a couple days after they received the defective pump and was informed by the "Manager" that they would not refund the cost of the water pump, because we used it and decided to return it. I could not get it across to the manager that the pump bearings had failed causing it to leak coolant out of the weep hole. Despite DieselSite's "Lifetime" warranty they did not stand behind the part. Poor customer service from a manager. There was no attempt from her to research the situation whatsoever. The only solution she offered was to send a replacement water pump. To late for that, like we said earlier, the customer could not wait.

Not happy at all after spending 500$ on the Bullet dieselsite flexplate for my 7.3…. Took me a while to find the receipt and after I did and wrote customer support back no response… torque converter was professionally installed and is a 1400$ Percision triple disk that is within perfect tolerance. Used a dial indicator upon setup, torqued all flexplate bolts and didn’t use the oem washer (as stated in instructions). My 600 horse truck cracked the flexplate in multiple spots…. Extremely disappointed won’t purchase anything from them again as I can’t even get a response from tech. BUYER BEWARE

installed these on my '99 F350 4wd DRW in the course of rebuilding front suspension, after this was complete i discovered ESOF was not working, suspected the axle seal or the hub lock O ring for a vacuum leak at the knuckle, fortunately i used a smoke machine to test, shockingly the new SS hoses had smoke leaking out where the ends were crimped, replaced with simple rubber hose and ESOF worked fine

After having postal service shipping issues, DieselSite sent me a replacement no questions asked. Just bought a 2000 7.3 with a bad thermostat. Coolant wasn’t warming up nearly as quickly as it should. Threw the 203 in, and it warmed up very nicely! Very pleased with product and customer service.

Installed the shift body on my 2002 Navigator 4r100 and noticed immediate improvement! Went to the 1/8th mile drags the week before install and ran 10.257 at 69.93… this weekend I was finally able to go back after the install… Ran a new best of 10.195 at 70.49!!! Like I said…NOTICEABLE improvement! A lot faster shifting at about 50% or more throttle, dang near stock feel just cruising around town. I HIGHLY recommend this!!!

Talked to John very nice guy great customer service skills got me my tracking number.. And the adrenaline oil pump as everybody knows is awesome

I ordered a supercool kit from these guys and they sent everything but the water pump. Then they just called me a liar claiming that one of the guys in my shop must have taken it. It was never in the box and they refused to even send me another pump though I told them to bill me again if necessary I just need to get my customer taken care of. They claimed that they had video of the water pump being packaged so it was definitely a mess up on my end. Well, I asked for a copy of that video showing the shipping label to prove it was mine and proof that the package wasn't opened again after. They only sent me a message to get the pump from someone else and sent me there specialty fitting that was supposed to come with the pump that they never sent. I deal with a ton of online companies and these guys are a joke and a scam. You better hope that they get your order right the first time, because if they don't it's going to cost you not them. Now I have to order another water pump for at least $150.00 so that I can use the rest of their supercool kit. Ill be surprised if it supercools anything if it matches the quality of their customer service. Stay away!

Replaced transmission in 99 super duty June 2020 with stage 1 and multi disc converter and billet flexplate noticed difference in truck right away I tow trailers often and have almost 30k miles on it and have had no problems when buying transmission Crystal was in constant contact with me great company to work with thank you

After easy installation and approximately 500 miles, I can say this is the best mod I've made on my 1995 Ford class c motorhome with the 460 engine and e4od transmission. The shifts are firm and quick but not harsh at all. I've installed headers, upgraded the air intake and entire ignition system, along with bigger injectors and an adjustable fuel regulator. I couldn't stand the slow, lazy shifts but this took care of that. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I ordered my HPOP on the 8th before 2pm Arizona time, and it took them till the 10th in the afternoon to ship it. It was supposed to be delivered be the 12th, but now because of their slowness it will not be here till Tuesday by 9pm . That is not 3 days shipping like I paid for. Now I have to go another week without my truck.

Been a returning customer for 8 years and bought just about everything on their 7.3 Power stroke menu. ZERO complaints, only praise for bulletproof components that DO NOT FAIL. Thank you Dan and crew, you set the standard!
