I had purchased the wrong color and reached out to DIBS to return the concealer stick. I had the best customer service experience with them, and that exchange really confirmed that they want to keep long-standing customers. Also, the concealer itself is PHENOMENAL. Formula is gorgeous and has amazing coverage for my super dry under eyes.
