This company has been a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. I ordered two very large diamond studs and I forgot to attach my $100 coupon savings. When I called the representative said I will do one better, she said I have a 10% special that I can attach and savings was obviously substantially higher than the original coupon. Additionally, I ordered the wrong back for the earrings and my wife wanted me to see if I could exchange them, I emailed the company and received an email back on Christmas Day stating that I could along with an email with my return UPS insured label.
