After days of research and comparing various online and physical stores, trying to find custom ring without breaking the bank, I took a leap of faith with Diamondère and the results could not have been better. Nothing is more stressful than trying to contact an online business and being left in the dark, especially if the investment is as great as an engagement, but Cherie was quick to respond and resolve any questions or issues from the first day to the day of delivery. I even made a last minute stone change that could have derailed the timing but Cherie assured me that everything was on track. She updated me on the progress of the ring with pictures from the stone selection to the finished ring prior to shipping. As the delivery day approached and no shipment tracking information was available, Cherie responded to my emails daily with specific information and not vague, scripted answers. The ring arrived as promised and the rest is history. I am no expert and some might argue for other jewelers but the affordable customization, quality of product, and the impeccable customer service will have me choosing Diamondère first every time.

It would be perfect if I got notified through email before it got delivered. I didn’t get tracking number for delivery. The most important thing is I got ring and it is beautiful. Quite happy with my custom 'Jean' wedding band. I chose a design of 8mm in rose gold with 3mm blue sapphires (larger would not have been a miscalculation). The artistic execution is entirely exacting, and throughout the process dealing with mon Cherie..a rare pleasure.

The Chesna Emerald-Cut Ruby and Emerald Sidestone Ring in 14k White Gold looks so much better when I received it then it does in pictures. I surprised my wife with it on a weekend trip we were on. She loved it more then I expected. She is a fan of natural stones and not diamonds. This ring makes a bold statement and outshines most any diamond ring. This is a BEAUTIFUL blue sapphire (set in gold) eternity band for my husband for our 20-year vow renewal ceremony on the beach. Diamondere went above and beyond by customizing the ring and made it wider with larger sapphires for a man. They also sent my husband a ring sizer to be certain I ordered the correct size. The ring was extremely well-crafted, and the blue sapphires are such a piercing, ocean blue color! My husband was so surprised and absolutely loves it! It matches my blue sapphire ring perfectly.
