Worst customer service ever when a return is requested!
I have been trying for over a week to try and get a return label. Multiple times I have called, sent emails, accessed online portal, accessed their chatbot and no response. If I ever get these shoes returned, I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever again. . . . too many other responsive companies out there to choose from.

This is the first time
This is the first time purchasing / using the Diadem ball and it is not a great experience. I purchased 100 and I have used 3 so far. The good, more pop then the x40 but not rock hard as some others that I have played so I love this. The bad, they all turned irregular (non-round) within a game or two. I have used the paddles and think they are of nice quality (I do not own one) but the balls need to be improved and I wish I could send mine back.
