The packing of frozen items could improve as 2 cheese baskets were completely thawed. Jeni’s ice cream does a great job. That’s why the 4 stars instead of 5. The products are good and I make annual orders.

The whole experience was great, even my question was answered almost immediately shipping was also right on time the freezer pack was still frozen so delivery was also exactly when it was promised. Definitely a satisfied customer.
