If your using thick ceramic armor and a soft armor insert acting as a trauma pad go with the 7x8 pouches. The 6x8 works to fit the overall 1.45 inches of armor Inserts but it's snug fit.

Items were shipped pretty quickly after the order was placed. Tracking was spot-on too.
