Customer service was quick to respond to my only issue which was nice. Didn’t help as delivery had taken place and wasn’t threshold but they were quick to call and find out what happened

As in many other reviews, Lillian is the 5-star general. She never loses her calm reassuring manner, even in the face of jaded, snarky consumers like me. She is a refreshing wake up call that there is a world of excellent merchandise outside of an Amazon warehouse. It took a lot for me to cheat on Jeff Bezos, but now after Lilian’s gentle initiation, I’M A FREE AGENT! And I will definitely return for more Coddling.

delivery time was delayed without notice the 30 minutes advanced call was not made. They were tired they said and I was he last delivery of the day.First 11 to 4 after contacting the co the co email me was 3 to 7. They showed up at 7;45 with 10 minutes call ahead.

I have got to share my Coddle experience! I chose not to have my furniture put together. Honestly, I'm really glad that I didn't, because it was that easy. 4 clicks and a flip; who can't do that? I really enjoy the look, the feel and the experience of how my new furniture is in my livingroom!
