I received a wrong part, emailed and no response.

The prices, ease of ordering, and inventory of parts was fantastic. The only issue was the delay in communication about an incorrect part that was sent. This was taken care of, but not in a timely manor. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. I will try them again in the future.

Doing both rear wheel hub assemblies in my SJ Forester, they had the best price on OEM parts and were extremely fast with shipping. Package came earlier than expected and everything was legit so I’m going to be buying from Devil Subaru more often with how efficient they were. I need to return what I purchased as I didn't need the bumper cover after all unfortunately and I purchased the wrong side wheel well liner. I purchased passenger side when I needed Driver's side. Devil's Subaru has yet to reach out to me.

We will see what the company does to make it right. Part took forever to arrive due to being back ordered. Then once I finally get it, there is one of the window deflector that arrived broken. The most ridiculous part is a piece of scotch tap was holding it on which tells me that someone broke it and just taped and shipped it anyways. I'm appalled and incredibly frustrated. Should have just used my local Subaru dealer.
