Great customer service and great product. The Hard Charger swap out with the old Charging Handle was so simple. Have not had the AR to the range yet but have Ops checked the function and it works great!

Good service. Offered a replacement product when I expressed concerns with mine. I didn't take them up on it cause I see it more as a design challenge rather than a defective item.

Came in pretty fast. When I installed it, there was no catches or jiggly parts and little resistance when using it. Pretty much the Hard Charger was exactly what I wanted, a side charging handle without needing to alter the uper receiver.
