Customer service was good and pretty consistant.

The shipping company they use is very difficult to get ahold of. I can track that my package comes to my city and leaves multiple times and I cannot reach anyone to inquire why! It upsets me because this is a product I consume that gets stuck in warehouses and not climate controlled trucks.
