Shipping was great. The product was unusable due to the extreme strength of the perfume in the product. Instant headache for me, unfortunately.

I usually use the original conditioner, but the quiz on the website recommended the curl bonding conditioner. I hate it. It has dried out my hair and my curls look horrible. I’m going to see if I can exchange it for the original conditioner which I love.

I love Deva Curl product. It has really made a difference in my hair. My curls are defined now.

I bought SuperCream™ and the free item was added without my request and added to environmental waste. SuperCream is my go-to styling product and I haven't found a replacement for it despite looking A LOT. I am very disappointed that Deva Curl sells a product in such a small amount with so much plastic waste at such a high price. I was happier when I could get the promotional large size for a few years and I felt it was slightly better for the environment since I wasn't having so much plastic waste. Can't you all put this product in a more environmentally friendly container and sell more of it per container? Creates a light natural curl. Love this product!

I was introduced to Diva Curl from a friend. I am Latino, and had never tried the brand. My skin, and especially my scalp are extremely sensitive, most products cause irritation that leads to itching and flaking. This is the only product that I have used that neither irritates nor causes my scalp to flake. It's an added benefit that it controls my frizz and is strong enough to hold my hair for the classic slick-back style I am used to. The best part is that my hair feels better throughout the day and adds weight without feeling greasy or dirty unlike most products. This is my new go-to product!

Received my items that I ordered. Packing was neatly, everything was wrapped for protection of leakage. Received it a day early.

The product is fine, however customer service is lacking. It appears the only way to contact them is by sending a message. I sent two messages with the hopes of making a change to my auto ship order that I was unable to figure out on my own. I have not received a response to either of my messages and a response at this point would be too late as the order has already shipped.
