I am a huge fan of Smith and Rogue products and I am incredibly impressed with their customer service! I had placed an order in early December for Christmas presents. One of the items got delayed and stuck in transit, so a customer service representative worked with me to have it delivered again and sent to a new address so that the gift would arrive on time for Christmas.

Everything Ive bought from Smith & Rogue have been top quality. Only thing Ive ever had to exchange is a cowboy hat. They have been one of the most responsive nice respectful online retailers I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be back.

I don’t remember ever leaving a review before, but I just had to let everyone know how I felt about my experience with Smith + Rogue. I am so pleased with the quality of my original canvas chore coat and also wanted to share my experience with how easy the exchange went. I am 6’5” 190# broad shoulders long torso. It is so hard for me to find clothes that I like and that actually fit. I sometimes even wear extra tall t-shirts. For outer wear I almost always have to buy xlt, so I did, but needed to exchange for the large tall which was spot on. Super easy exchange process, using usps (which is available everywhere, even in small towns) I couldn’t be happier to have found this company and this jacket! TL;DR chore coat is definitely sized generously, and if you get it wrong, they make it easy to get the right size

Not a review-leaver, but really appreciate the products and great customer service from S+R. Products are quality and as described - you can’t go wrong. And the customer service is first rate too. You can tell you are working with people who care. Shipping stateside and to an APO was exceptionally quick and, when considered, makes the prices offered even better.
